Terms and Conditions of 1prabet – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service provided by 1prabet — whether in Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, poker, roulette, or any other feature available on the platform — you expressly declare that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions described in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you (the user) and 1prabet. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. Continued use of 1prabet following any update to this document constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

2. Registration & Account

To use the services of 1prabet, you are required to create a user account. Registration is free and requires the following information: full legal name as it appears on an official document, a valid email address, a Brazilian CPF number, date of birth, and an active Brazilian mobile phone number.

Each user may only have one active account at 1prabet. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — whether using a different CPF, a different email address, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate blocking of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

1prabet may request identity verification at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00. Accepted documents include a valid Brazilian ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport, along with proof of residence issued within the last 90 days. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary withdrawal suspension until the matter is resolved.

2.2 Access Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. 1prabet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect their credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat or email.

3. Eligibility

Use of the platform 1prabet is exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF;
• Have full legal capacity in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be serving an active self-exclusion period on the platform;
• Not be an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of a 1prabet employee or any of its partner game providers.

4. Deposits

A 1prabet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

All deposits must be made exclusively through payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made by third parties will be declined and returned to the sender. 1prabet reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used at any time.

Deposits made via Boleto Bancário expire in 2 calendar days after issuance. Unpaid boletos within that period are automatically cancelled and must be regenerated. 1prabet is not responsible for boletos paid after the due date.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 1prabet is R$ 30.00. The withdrawal method available to all users is Pix, with processing within 1 hour for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals via TED bank transfer are also accepted upon request to support, with a processing time of up to 1 business day.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must be verified with valid identity documents (KYC completed);
• The balance available for withdrawal must come from real deposits — unconverted bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly;
• Withdrawals must be made to a Pix key or bank account held in the name of the 1prabet account holder;
• Accounts under active fraud investigation will have withdrawals suspended for the duration of the review.

5.2 VIP Withdrawals

1prabet VIP Program members at the Platinum and Diamond levels receive priority withdrawal processing, with a dedicated queue and zero fees on all withdrawals. Diamond member withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during business hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

A 1prabet offers bonuses and periodic promotions for both new and existing users. Participating in any promotion implies acceptance of the specific terms of each offer, which are published on the corresponding promotion page. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The standard 1prabet welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus credit is added to a bonus balance separate from your real balance and is subject to a rollover requirement of 10x the deposit amount plus the bonus on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, or 35x the bonus amount on casino games.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus per registration/CPF;
• The standard expiry period for bonus credits is 30 calendar days from the date of issuance;
• Unused or unconverted bonus credits that expire within the validity period are automatically cancelled;
• Withdrawals made before completing the rollover will result in the automatic cancellation of any remaining bonus balance;
• 1prabet reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions with 48 hours' prior notice, except in cases of confirmed abuse, where cancellation may be immediate.

7. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 1prabet cover more than 40 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Série B, and international competitions), basketball (NBA, NBB), MMA and UFC, volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and more. The general rules below apply to all bets unless a sport-specific regulation states otherwise.

7.1 Bet Confirmation and Validity

• A bet is only valid once confirmed by the system and visible in the user's bet history;
• Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by 1prabet, with the full stake returned to the user;
• Bets on events that have already started are only accepted in the live betting (in-play) markets available at that time;
• 1prabet reserves the right to limit or refuse individual bets without being obligated to provide a reason.

7.2 Postponed, Cancelled, or Abandoned Events

• Cancelled or not played: bets are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance;
• Postponed: bets remain valid for up to 48 hours after the original scheduled time. If the event does not take place within that period, the bets are voided;
• Interrupted before the scheduled end: bets on the final result are voided. Bets on markets that have already been settled (such as "First to Score") remain valid if the corresponding event has already taken place.

7.3 Multiple Bets (Accumulator)

Accumulator bets combining two or more events are accepted by 1prabet. If one or more events within an accumulator are voided, the voided event is removed from the combination and the accumulator odds are recalculated excluding it. The remaining events stay valid as normal.

8. Casino & Games

The casino at 1prabet offers slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, crash games, live game shows, and other games provided by certified suppliers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and other licensed partners. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are available within the game interface itself.

8.1 Disconnection During Live Games

If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, the system records the state of the round at the moment of the interruption. Upon reconnecting, the result is shown as it occurred in the live studio during your absence. 1prabet does not void rounds in progress due to disconnection — the game result is final as per the live stream.

8.2 Casino Bet Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed in the interface before each round begins. Limits range from R$ 1.00 on entry-level games such as game shows up to amounts exceeding R$ 50,000.00 at exclusive VIP tables for Platinum and Diamond members of the VIP Program. 1prabet reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any user on an individual basis.

8.3 Results Disputes

Casino game results are determined by random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors, or by the actual outcome of live studio streams in the case of Live Casino. In the event of a dispute, the result recorded by the 1prabet system and confirmed by the game provider's logs is considered final. Disputes must be reported to support within 7 consecutive days after the disputed event.

9. VIP Program

The VIP Program of 1prabet is the platform's rewards system, made up of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progress between tiers is based on total wagers placed throughout the current month.

• VIP cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Monday to the bonus balance;
• VIP level is recalculated monthly based on the previous month's activity. Inactivity may result in a level downgrade;
• VIP benefits such as priority withdrawals, higher limits, and access to exclusive tables are available from the Silver level onward;
• 1prabet reserves the right to modify the VIP Program's criteria and benefits with 14 days' prior notice to affected members.

10. User Conduct

The user agrees to use the 1prabet exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages from bonuses or promotions;
• Use of bots, scripts, automation, or any software that simulates human interaction with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes at poker tables or in other competitive games;
• Money laundering or any use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Systematic attempts to exploit technical glitches or odds errors for personal gain;
• Systematic use of "arbing" techniques (betting on opposing outcomes across platforms) to guarantee profit regardless of the result.

Identifying any of these behaviors may result in immediate account suspension, bonus cancellation, and withholding of balances derived from irregular activity, subject to review and notification to the user by email.

11. Account Security

A 1prabet uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and secure password storage with hashing. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings, which adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.

The user is responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with third parties;
• Using strong, unique passwords (minimum 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols);
• Notify 1prabet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

1prabet will never ask for the user's full password through any support channel. Any such request should be reported to support immediately as a phishing attempt.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure

Users can request account closure at any time by contacting 1prabet via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real balance will be returned to the account holder via Pix. Unconverted bonus credits will be cancelled.

12.2 Responsible Gambling Self-Exclusion

Users who identify issues with their betting control can request temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, platform access is blocked and the account cannot receive deposits. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. 12.3 Closure by 1prabet

1prabet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notification to the user by email. In cases of proven fraud, closure may occur without prior notice and with balance retention pending review.

13. Limitation of Liability

A 1prabet is not liable for losses arising from betting decisions made by the user based on tips, analysis, or any other editorial content published on the platform. Tips are analytical tools — not guarantees of outcome.

1prabet is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, user internet outages, or force majeure events. In the event of an interruption affecting ongoing bets or rounds, 1prabet will apply the fairest possible policy for each situation, as determined by internal documented review.

1prabet's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the total amount deposited by the user into their account over the previous 90 days, except in cases of proven gross negligence on the part of the platform.

14. Changes to the Terms

A 1prabet may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect platform changes, new features, regulatory updates, or strategic decisions. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 14 days' notice before they take effect.

The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the new conditions, you must close your account before the effective date.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018), and the specific sports betting legislation in force in Brazil. Any disputes not resolved through 1prabet shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
